When will my items be delivered?

Usually within the next 1 – 2 days. If you have an urgent request, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll help you out.

How will I know the delivery date and timing?

When you have successfully checkout, we’ll contact you within the next 6-12hrs to arrange a comfortable delivery date and timing for you.

What are the delivery charges?

Petrol  prices are expensive these days and we have no intention to make a quick buck of you from delivery. These basic charges are just to cover transport cost but when your order is $60 and above, delivery is free.

Orders $60 or more – FREE
Orders $40 to $59.99 – $6.00
Orders below $40 – $10.00

Will there be extra charges if I live within the ERP areas?

Yes. There will be a $2.00 charge. However we’ll do our best to avoid delivery during peak hours and when ERP is in operation.
